fecit

From quick tasks to big goals — plan, analyze, prepare, execute, and reflect. All in one app.

Start simple. Go deep when you need to.

fecit follows the minimal-to-maximal principle. A title is all you need to create a task. When the goal gets complex, expand with analysis, preparation, sub-tasks, and reviews. You decide how deep to go.

Clarify any goal with GAP Analysis

Turn on the Analysis section and write down three things:

• Current — where you are now
• Expectation — where you want to be
• Obstacle — what's blocking you

The gap between current and expectation becomes your direction. The obstacles become your next steps. Simple, but writing it down makes the path forward obvious.

Guide Mode walks you through it

Not sure where to start? Guide Mode takes you through each field step by step — title, current situation, expectation, obstacles, and tactics. Just follow the prompts and your task builds itself.

Prepare before you act

The Preparation section helps you organize everything you need before starting: materials, tools, venues, personnel, and qualifications. When it's time to execute, you're ready.

Break big goals into steps

Create sub-tasks and connect them in a visual graph. See what comes next at a glance. Each step can have its own analysis, preparation, and timeline.

Templates for things you repeat

Save any well-crafted task as a template. Morning routine, weekly review, study plan — set it up once, renew it daily. No more starting from scratch.

Reflect and grow

After completing a task, rate your satisfaction and write a short reflection. What worked? What didn't? Daily reviews capture how your day went. Weekly reviews reveal patterns you'd otherwise miss. This feedback loop is what turns effort into growth.

Calendar and scheduling

View your tasks on a calendar. Drag, drop, and resize to plan your week visually. Set start dates, due dates, durations, and reminders.

Stay consistent

Track your streaks on a heatmap. Earn achievements as you hit milestones. Watch your consistency build over time.

Projects and teamwork

Group related tasks into projects. Invite team members, assign tasks, and track progress together. Use point colors and labels to organize at a glance.

AI assistance

When you need a starting point, describe what you want to accomplish and AI generates tasks and sub-tasks for you. A structured plan in seconds.

Browse and share task templates in the community. Start from what others have built, or share your own routines.
