Organisations struggle to validate contact centre technology changes with the current incumbent tools. It is too expensive to get full coverage and usually after changes, a few automated and manual tests are carried out to validate customers can still get to the services they need. This ultimately promotes forcing the customers to validate the system and in regulated environments this is a problem.
Our product avoids the challenges faced in the incumbents by using scalable telephony, allowing us to pass on the immense savings from not being required to purchase the telephony capacity up front. This means we can offer a true SaaS usage model and help customers avoid the capacity planning complexity they face with traditional products.
When our customers leverage our products, they can help increase the quality of the services they provide to their customers, validating the services before and after change cycles. Engineering and testing teams can focus on coverage of all plausible routes into a business, rather than on just the precious ones. We don't claim to reduce the spend on an organisational budget for testing, but we do increase the coverage of validation and help provide evidence to attest these firms are protecting their customers.
