About Aevo

Aevo solves the problem of the simple list: Aevo calculates, how important a task is based on what you entered (e.g. priority, when you want to work on or how often you postponed the task) and shows your tasks on a canvas: what is most-left is most important. Wanna see how big a task is? Aevo shows that as well: every card has its size based on the estimated duration.

Want to work with projects and subtasks? Aevo got you covered: Zoom into any task, fill it with more tasks, links, files and notes. And if needed, zoom into it further. You can organize every task as you need.

And the best: your parent task reacts to your subtask settings. Just a subtask of 15 minutes due today? Your card on the canvas stays small. A subtask with a deadline today? The parent task gets a high score and moves to the left.

Aevo also is able to:

  • connect calendar and e-mail to have everything you need at a glance.
  • show which task might fit into your day, according to your meetings and working hours
  • create and edit notes in markdown and connect them to any task
  • make Aevo yours: flexible UI with colors, fonts and size

  • Tasks can be broken down to unlimited depth with no floor, and navigation back up takes one click.
  • Postponed tasks change color on third postponement and stay near the top via attention scoring.
