About AVIXA by Medvitaa

Most pharmacy automation tools were built for health systems and retail chains, then scaled down for independents. The result is products that are either too expensive, too complex, or only solve one part of the problem.

AVIXA (Advanced Virtual Intelligent eXecution Automation) by Medvitaa was built the other way around. It starts with the independent pharmacy, with the 100 to 300 Rx/day operation that runs on a small team, tight margins, and a PMS that has to do everything. And it automates the work that consumes that team the most: e-script entry, cycle billing, rejection resolution, and vaccine claim filing.

AVIXA integrates with PioneerRX at the data layer. Not screen-watching, not vision AI that breaks on a display refresh. Direct integration means consistent performance regardless of what your PMS looks like on any given day. Every e-script enters the system, gets processed, gets validated, and either completes automatically or routes an exception to your tech queue. Clean claims go through. Problem scripts get flagged. Nothing sits untouched.

AVIXA Core focuses on prescription automation. E-scripts are processed, SIG codes mapped, NPIs matched, and exceptions routed, all without manual entry. Your technicians shift from input work to review work. Core supports PioneerRX and is operational in under five days.

AVIXA Nexus adds the billing and workflow layer that turns automation into revenue protection. Cycle fills run on schedule. Rejections are resolved intelligently. Prior auth faxes are handled without manual routing. The full VaxFlow immunization suite is included.

AVIXA VaxFlow handles immunization workflow as a standalone module for pharmacies that want that layer without the full Nexus package. Patient intake happens online through your branded site. Insurance, consent, and clinical data are captured and auto-populated into your PMS. Claims adjudicate automatically. The whole process runs under your pharmacy's brand and URL.
