About Symplia
Symplia is a mental health tracker built for people already in therapy. Most of therapy's real work happens outside the room, in the week between appointments, where thoughts get lost, homework gets forgotten, and the thing someone meant to bring up quietly slips away. Symplia gives that space structure: guided session prep, mood tracking, five different ways to journal, therapy homework tracking, and AI-assisted pattern insights that surface what's actually recurring, not just what's most recent. When someone chooses to, they can share a prepared report or progress summary directly with their therapist. It was built from 100+ real conversations with people already in therapy, by a medical student who kept noticing the same gap between sessions. Symplia supports the work already happening in therapy; it doesn't replace it.
