About CalNudge

CalNudge is an automated RSVP reminder service for Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. It connects to your calendar, watches the meetings you organize, and politely emails attendees who haven't responded — so you stop spending your week chasing yes-or-no.

THE PROBLEM

You send a meeting invite. Half the people accept, a few decline, and the rest sit silent. You can't plan, can't redirect your time, and don't know if anyone's actually showing up until the meeting starts.

Most calendar tools treat this as your problem: "just send a reminder." But manually re-sending invites or Slacking each non-responder takes real time, feels nagging, and doesn't scale beyond a handful of meetings a week.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Sign in with Google or Microsoft — about 12 seconds. No per-meeting setup.
  2. CalNudge automatically monitors every meeting you organize.
  3. For attendees who haven't responded, it emails polite reminders on a configurable cadence — by default, one week ahead, two days, one day, and six hours before the meeting.
  4. The moment a recipient accepts or declines, reminders stop. No nagging.
  5. Each morning, a daily digest email summarizes today and the week ahead — every meeting, every attendee's status, link to the live dashboard.

Reminders are sent from your name "via CalNudge" so attendees see a familiar sender, and replies route to your inbox — your conversation, not a generic noreply.

KEY FEATURES

  • Live RSVP Dashboard — every upcoming meeting and attendee statuses in one view
  • Daily Digest Email — all meetings for today and the next 7 days, with response counts
  • Reminder Cadence — defaults work for most; customize per event on Pro
  • Tentative Reminders — opt-in to nudge people who marked Tentative
  • Reminder Tone Presets (Pro) — four voices to match your audience: Polite (default), Firm (with "may be cancelled" framing), Casual (informal), Formal (legal/healthcare/exec). Live preview shows the exact email an attendee will receive
  • Post-Meeting Surveys (Pro) — thumbs-up / thumbs-down feedback after meetings
  • Attendance Analytics (Pro) — response rates, no-show trends, meeting health over time
  • Short-Notice Logic — meetings created <4 hours out get a single delayed reminder

WHO IT'S FOR

CalNudge is built for anyone who runs meetings with external participants:

  • Sales teams — kept-appointment rate goes up; demos actually happen
  • Recruiters — fewer interview no-shows; cleaner pipeline visibility
  • Consultants — clients show up prepared instead of half the room missing
  • Founders & SaaS operators — investor calls, onboardings, partner meetings stay on track
  • Anyone running 5+ external meetings a week — the time you lose chasing RSVPs adds up fast

WHY IT EXISTS

I built CalNudge because I was tired of asking the same question every week: "Did they actually say yes?" Half the room never confirmed. Some showed up, some didn't, and the ones who didn't always had a reason — but I never knew in advance, so I couldn't plan.

The fix isn't another reminder app. It's something that watches your calendar quietly, nudges the people who haven't responded, and tells you each morning who's actually coming today.

That's CalNudge.
