About Celorly

Celorly is goal-setting software for teams of five to fifty people, and it does that one job only.

How it works. You record where the company is going: mission, vision, and the one or two priorities that matter this year. Then you set goals for the quarter using either OKR or SMART, chosen per workspace, so the whole app speaks the language your team already understands. Each goal names the goal above it, so anyone can read the chain from daily work up to company direction in about a minute. Progress is a number you update in seconds rather than a status you write, and health shows as on track, at risk, or behind. Every cycle ends on a scoring screen, so a missed number produces a conversation instead of silence.

What it deliberately leaves out. No tasks and no time tracking. No performance reviews, and nothing that ties a goal to anybody's pay, which is a deliberate design choice rather than a missing feature. No integrations, no Slack, no Jira. No data export yet, which we say here rather than let you discover after a quarter. If a feature does not help you set or hit a goal, it is not in the product.

Who it is for. Companies past the spreadsheet but not ready for a heavyweight platform. There is no setup marathon, no forty-field forms, no consultant and no implementation project. A small team can run its first cycle in an afternoon. Most goal tools assume somebody whose job is planning, and in a twelve-person company that person does not exist.

Control and privacy. Selective visibility on every goal, roles you grant or revoke in a click, and workspace data isolated at the database level. Data is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. You can transfer, leave or delete your workspace yourself, from inside the app.

Pricing, by team size rather than per seat. Free forever for one person with every feature unlocked and no card required. Then 29 dollars a month for up to 10 people, 99 for up to 25, and 199 for up to 49, flat for the whole team. Yearly billing saves 17 percent and every paid plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee.

There is also a free course, From Zero to Goals: seventeen lessons, a fifteen question exam marked on our server, and a certificate. No email gate and nothing to buy.

Platform: web browser, on laptop or phone. No native mobile app and no desktop client.
