About growthrail.dev

We've been building mobile and web applications for years, and almost every product we've worked on eventually reached the same point: we wanted to add a referral program.

On paper, referrals seem like one of the most obvious growth channels. Your happiest users become your marketers, acquisition costs go down, and referrals often bring in higher-quality customers who stick around longer. They're also a great signal that people genuinely love your product.

In reality, though, implementing referrals turned out to be surprisingly painful.

Every solution we evaluated had one or more of the same problems:

* Pricing that didn't make sense for startups or indie developers.

* No meaningful free tier to experiment with.

* Complex integration requiring backend work before you could even test a basic referral flow.

* Limited SDK support across platforms.

* Fragmented attribution that broke as soon as users moved between web and mobile.

Instead of spending weeks building and maintaining referral infrastructure ourselves—or paying for a platform that felt too expensive for early-stage products—we decided to build the solution we wished existed.

That's how **GrowthRail** was born.

GrowthRail is referral and attribution infrastructure for modern mobile and web applications. The goal is simple: let developers launch a production-ready referral program in minutes instead of weeks.

At launch, GrowthRail includes:

  • Native SDKs for Swift and Kotlin, along with JavaScript, React, React Native, and Expo support.
  • Ready-to-use referral UI components for invite links and promo codes.
  • Deep linking and attribution across web, iOS, and Android.
  • Integrations with Clerk, Stripe, RevenueCat, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, and more.
  • A developer-friendly dashboard for managing referral campaigns and tracking performance.
  • Simple APIs that work whether you're building an MVP or scaling a production app.

One thing we cared about from day one was making the platform accessible. We know most projects don't need enterprise pricing on day one, so GrowthRail has a generous free tier that lets developers get started without committing to a paid plan.

To celebrate our launch, we're also offering an **Early Adopter** plan.

Anyone who claims it during launch week will receive **4× the usage included in the free tier, free forever**. As we introduce paid plans for higher usage in the future, those Early Adopter benefits will continue for everyone who claimed them.

If you're building a SaaS product, mobile app, AI application, developer tool, or consumer product, we'd love for you to give GrowthRail a try.

More than anything, we're looking for feedback.

I'm especially curious:

* What's stopped you from implementing referrals in your product?

* Was it the pricing?

* The engineering effort?

* Attribution and deep linking?

* Or did it simply never make it high enough on the roadmap?

We're actively building GrowthRail in public, so every piece of feedback helps shape the product.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and happy to answer any questions!
