About The-Y CRM

The-Y CRM is a shared team inbox for WhatsApp, email, phone and web chat, with a built-in cloud phone system. When nobody picks up, callers hear a short message, press 1 and instantly get a WhatsApp message from your number. Their consent is stored with a timestamp and the conversation lands in your team inbox.

What's included:

Shared inbox with assignment, internal notes, templates and first-response rules
Built-in phone system: IVR menus, queues, ring groups, voicemail and a browser softphone. Bring your own SIP provider (e.g. sipgate, Zadarma, Twilio). The built-in phone voice is German; you can record your own greeting.
WhatsApp through your own Meta account (WhatsApp Business Platform), email via IMAP/SMTP, web chat
CRM: contacts, companies, deals (kanban), tasks and calendar
Automations with a visual builder (triggers include missed calls and IVR keys), campaigns with opt-in and STOP opt-out
Invoices with DATEV/BMD export
AI reply suggestions and translation with your own AI key
Interface in English, German and Turkish

Pricing: free plan for up to 3 users (with limits). Cloud Pro is EUR 20/month for unlimited users during alpha and beta (later EUR 40). Self-hosting with Docker: free with limits, or EUR 10/month or EUR 240 one-time. Hosted in Vienna, Austria (EU). No lock-in: export your data anytime; your phone numbers and accounts stay yours.

Status: alpha. It works and is updated almost daily, and known issues are public.
