Raya is AI visualization software for architects, interior designers, furniture brands and real estate professionals. Upload a view from your 3D model, a photo of an interior or a hand sketch, and get a photorealistic visualization in 2K or 4K in under a minute. No lights, materials or cameras to set up, no render engine to learn and no powerful hardware needed: everything runs in the browser.

Raya was built by Mateusz and Piotr, the team behind CGwisdom, an online learning platform where for years we have been teaching architects and interior designers 3D software and photorealistic rendering. We saw how many designers struggle with expensive hardware, months of learning and hours of scene preparation before they can show a client anything. Raya keeps the work in 3D software to a minimum, so designers can focus on design.

AI visualizations from 3D views, photos and sketches

Turn a screenshot from SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD or any other 3D program, a photo of an existing room or a hand sketch into a photorealistic image. Choose an interior style, time of day and lighting, add your own materials and furniture photos, and get several variants of the same space to compare with your client. A 2K visualization costs 2 credits, a 4K one 4 credits.

Plugins for 3D software

Free plugins for SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, Rhino and pCon.planner let you generate visualizations and videos right from the view you are working on, without leaving your project or exporting files.

Editing without going back to the model

Select part of a finished visualization and describe the change in plain words: a different wall colour, another sofa fabric, new flooring, fewer accessories. Raya changes the selected area, so you can make client revisions in minutes instead of re-rendering the whole scene.

AI video from images

Turn any visualization or photo into a 4 to 10 second clip in 720p or 1080p, in horizontal 16:9 or vertical 9:16 for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Pick a ready-made camera shot (shot sequence, push-in, side slide, rack focus, static camera, furniture reveal, furniture from box, time of day, changing seasons) or describe the camera movement yourself. Videos start from 5 credits.

Virtual home staging

Made for real estate agents and anyone selling or renting a property. Tidy up a lived-in room, clear it completely, or furnish an empty space with new furniture, then add a person to make the listing photo feel lived in. Change a cloudy day into a sunny one or show the room at golden hour.

Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions: Starter (20 credits per month), Popular (50), Pro (110) and Max (220). A yearly plan costs the same as 10 months, unused subscription credits roll over while your subscription is active, and you can cancel at any time. The plugins are free for all users.
